Abdullah Al Tamami

With more than 10 years of experience in the technology sector, Abdullah manages several technology investments across asset classes. He is Founding Partner and CEO of Merak Capital, a licensed asset management firm by the CMA of Saudi Arabia, focused on technology investments across asset classes. Abdullah is also the founder of iNet Fund, a regional VC fund for technology and FinTech ventures, and the Chairman of HyperPay (Riyadh, KSA) the largest online payment gateway in KSA and the GCC. He is also a board member of several technology ventures across the MENA region.

Previous to current responsibilities, Abdullah worked with Merrill Lynch (USA), Cisco Capital (USA), and Jadwa Investment (KSA). He is a graduate from the University of Miami (Florida, USA) with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, and a Masters degree in Management of Technology.
